Stucco Repair - Water Intrusion - Miramar Beach

This beach home had serious water intrusion problems in the SW corner of the house - so much, that during some prolonged rains, the foyer would fill up with water and run out the front door. Two contractors worked on this same problem for the owner over three years and never got to the real problem. We were hired to solve the problem once and for all. We discovered where the water was coming in, hired an engineer specializing in these type issues, and made the needed repairs correctly. No water since!
