Bay House

Started July 2015, finished February 2016. The owner retired here from Virginia and built their final dream home. I worked with this client from the very beginning - looking for lots, referring to a realtor, writing contracts on lots and a home to rehab, performing due diligence on multiple properties, assisting with the budget, working with the client and draftsman on the plans...all the way to complete construction. This gorgeous custom home included a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub, boat dock, and even a white sand beach.
